Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Castlivo iPhone app ("the app") handles information. The app is published by Vu Tuan ("we", "us").

Summary

We do not collect any data. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no in-app purchases and no third-party SDKs. We do not receive information about you or how you use the app.

Information stored on your iPhone

None of this is sent to us. It stays until you delete it in the app (Settings › Erase all data, or by deleting a source or session) or delete the app.

Network connections

The app connects directly from your iPhone to:

the playlist, Xtream and stream addresses you enter, to load and play them;
this website (castlivo-player.pages.dev), only when you play the built-in test streams or open the support, privacy or terms pages.

These servers receive a normal network request, which includes your IP address. Servers you add are operated by your provider or yourself and are governed by their own privacy policies. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; we do not use analytics or cookies on it and do not use its request data to identify you.

Permissions

Photos (add only): requested the first time you tap Save to Photos in Frame Grab, so the captured image can be added to your library. The app cannot read your existing photos. If you decline, everything else keeps working and you can still share frames. You can change this in iPhone Settings › Castlivo.

The app does not use location, camera, microphone, contacts, Bluetooth, notifications or tracking (App Tracking Transparency).

Sharing

We do not sell or share data, because we have none. If you use Share report or Share in Frame Grab, the content goes only where you send it.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You control all data stored in the app as described above. For questions, contact nguyenminhkhang9899@icloud.com.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
